For this project I was charged with creating a portfolio of sorts that would showcase students' works and that was somehow '‘more’' than a portfolio. The client, an architecture professor and theorist, wanted this collection of student work to be more than images and text. They wanted it to somehow become an experience in itself. The result was an object that consists of ten cards that are tightly contained in a folded cover. Both the double-sided cards and the cover are printed on 140lb, rough watercolor paper and the resulting object is one that creates a unique tactile experience for the viewer while still remaining somewhat reproducible.
